The Myers Park Oasis
Pour a glass of wine and indulge in the finer things—this modern and sophisticated porch remodel strikes the perfect balance between fun colors and minimalist neutrals.
For nearly 5 months, we partnered closely with this Myers Park family to help add more natural light in the darker areas of their home. Their vision included narrow sight lines and large expanses of glass to deliver a modern motif they could enjoy for years to come.
Working with Contactor Paul Gadd and Architect and Designer Jessica Ebert, we came prepared on final installation day with two new custom doors and three fixed windows—the perfect finishing touch to this major remodel.
The patio doors are operable offset double doors that give the illusion of an oversized single panel with sidelights. Their square shape and contemporary, slim profile are paired with LongLeaf hardware—a great brand for high-traffic areas like the patio.
