What's the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic covers the core annual maintenance: cleaning, minor finish touch-ups, seal & component checks, handleset adjustments, and member discounts. Premium adds a full finish refresh and a door & jamb adjustment check each year — the deeper-care option for homeowners who want their doors looking and operating their absolute best.
How often are the appointments?
Your plan includes one annual service visit. If something comes up between visits, Care Plan members get reduced-rate service trips ($109 for Basic, $79 for Premium).
What if I have more than one door - or doors of different sizes?
Plan pricing scales with your configuration. Up to five doors, each additional door is half-off the base price for that door type. Beyond five doors, we’ll put together a custom quote.

I live more than 50 miles from a showroom. Is that a problem?
Not at all — we serve homes well beyond our showroom locations. A mileage charge applies for appointments outside our standard 50-mile radius.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel later?
Yes. Plans renew annually and you’re free to change your tier or cancel before the next service year. Get in touch and we’ll handle the rest.
